Fondé en 2018 à l’aéroport de Toulouse-Francazal, AURA AERO est un constructeur aéronautique moderne, reposant sur une fondation digitale pour développer des solutions innovantes répondant aux nouveaux enjeux du secteur : environnement, sécurité et souveraineté.
Portée par trois ingénieurs – Jérémy Caussade, Wilfried Dufaud et Fabien Raison – l’entreprise conjugue excellence technologique et engagement pour une aviation plus durable et performante.
AURA M
AURA M est la branche défense d’AURA AERO, dédiée au développement de solutions aéronautiques innovantes pour les forces armées. S’appuyant sur les capacités industrielles et de certification d’un constructeur aéronautique reconnu, AURA M conçoit et produit des aéronefs, drones et systèmes numériques répondant aux exigences opérationnelles des missions modernes.
Grâce à des capacités de prototypage rapide, à une approche design-to-cost et à l’intégration de technologies avancées telles que la propulsion innovante, les commandes de vol électriques et les systèmes embarqués intelligents, AURA M accompagne les forces armées dans le développement de solutions de supériorité aérienne de nouvelle génération, de la définition du besoin jusqu’au produit opérationnel.
Air Menuiserie
Air Menuiserie est le seul organisme agréé par l’EASA et la FAA pour la réparation dite BK, une technique exclusive de renfort des longerons en bois par adjonction de carbone. Ce savoir-faire rare, maîtrisé avec exigence et précision, place Air Menuiserie au cœur de l’innovation artisanale au service de l’aéronautique.
Acteur clé de la production de la gamme INTEGRAL, Air Menuiserie met son expertise bois-carbone au service de la performance et de la sécurité. Engagée dans la transmission des compétences, l’entreprise participe aussi activement à la formation de nos menuisiers aéronautiques, assurant ainsi la pérennité de ce métier d’exception.

Since 2018, AURA AERO has established itself as a pioneer in decarbonized aviation at Toulouse-Francazal Airport. At the origin of this visionary project are three passionate engineers — Jérémy Caussade, Wilfried Dufaud, and Fabien Raison — driven by a shared ambition to combine cutting-edge technology with environmental responsibility. Aware of today’s and tomorrow’s climate challenges facing aviation, we are committed to contributing to the achievement of emission reduction targets of 55% by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050.
AURA M is the military division of AURA AERO. It draws on France’s aeronautical heritage and long-standing tradition of military excellence, supported by dedicated expertise and specific infrastructures in France and the United Arab Emirates.
Fully certified as an aircraft manufacturer, AURA AERO combines industrial excellence and innovation to deliver efficient, competitive series production. We design and build cutting-edge aeronautical solutions that unite performance, safety, and cost control.
As a subsidiary of AURA AERO located in Bernay, Normandy, Air Menuiserie preserves the excellence of a rare craft: building and repairing wood, wood-composite, and wood-carbon aircraft. Driven by passion, its team embodies a unique know-how, passed on through generations.

Meet Air Menuiserie
Air Menuiserie is the only organization approved by both EASA and the FAA for so-called BK repairs, an exclusive technique of reinforcing wooden spars with carbon. This rare expertise, mastered with rigor and precision, positions Air Menuiserie at the heart of artisanal innovation serving aviation.
As a key player in the production of the INTEGRAL range, Air Menuiserie applies its wood-carbon expertise to performance and safety. Committed to passing on its know-how, the company also plays an active role in training our aeronautical carpenters, thereby ensuring the sustainability of this exceptional trade.
