AURA Factory: Launch of the Public Inquiry – Your Voice Matters

Thanks to the strong public engagement during the Public Participation via Electronic Means (PPVE) conducted last December as part of the application for a protected species exemption, the AURA Factory project continues to move forward with determination.

A major new regulatory milestone has now been reached 👉 the public inquiry related to the project’s overall environmental impact assessment is officially open. This represents the final major regulatory step before obtaining the building permit.

From January 12 to February 12, 2026, everyone is invited to express their views on the project and contribute to its final assessment.

This public inquiry provides an opportunity to share informed and fact-based feedback on an industrial site designed to be:

• Strategic for scaling up production of the INTEGRAL and ERA programs;

• Exemplary in terms of environmental performance;

• Committed to advancing more sustainable aviation;

• A creator of numerous high–value-added jobs in France;

• A contributor to Toulouse’s standing as a global capital of the aerospace industry.

Public participation is essential to support the development of this structuring industrial project, driven by strong ambition and high environmental standards.
